What's in it for me?

Even Though it´s smooth and square, the food bar actually contains a whole apple. Yes, one of the round ones, also known as a brilliant source of fibers, fruit sugar and C-vitamin.

What´s more, we´ve added at least 8% whole oat kernels. That´s 100% gluten free whole grains in one fiber rich food bar. Exactly the stuff that gives your body a bit more to chew on.

Also, the food bar is loaded with flax seeds. Or should we say Omega3 – one of the healthy versions of fatty acids. Not to mention all the proteins just waiting to make you full … for at bit more than five minutes, of course.
